By The Lake Park is a beautiful, well maintained, man made park located in Wetaskiwin Alberta, Canada. Wetaskiwin is a short 30 minute drive from Camrose, Alberta. The green space park has a paved walking path circling around the lake popular for walking, biking, jogging and sightseeing. The community lake park is also a great location for viewing wildlife like deer, owls, birds, foxes, and much more.

The lake is stocked with fish every spring which attracts anglers of all ages. If fishing is not your thing there are many benches to sit and enjoy the sites and sounds, do some people watching and complimented by picnic tables for family gatherings! The main building in By The Lake Park is heated and includes bathrooms and a concession stand during the summer months! There is an Arts & Music Festival held every year during the summer months as well!
