Happy Trails Pathway is the main recreation trail in the community of High River, Alberta, Canada in the Southern Alberta Foothills of Canada. The trail is the most popular and the most used trail in the community.

This High River, Alberta trail network provides an opportunity to enjoy an activity in the community, as well as, explore and sightsee while visiting in High River, Alberta.

The Happy Trails Pathway measures about 17+ kilometres in total. The trail is paved, mostly easy going and well maintained. Along the pathway are various access points leading to local parks, recreation facilities, lakes, historic sites and attractions.

The Happy Trails Pathway connects to Sunshine Lake, Emerson Lake, the Bird Sanctuary and George Lane Park. Along the route there are long sections of the pathway following the banks of the Little Bow Canal and the Highwood River.

Some of the activities enjoyed along the Happy Trails Pathway include walking, biking, jogging, roller balding, picnicking and birdwatching. Sections of the pathway are very baby stroller and wheelchair friendly.

There are many access points to the Happy Trail Pathway in the community of High River, Alberta. Here are two of the better access points. In the east the trail is best explored starting from Sunshine Lake. To the west the trail is best explored starting from the George Lane Park.
