EH Towering Brother in Dawson City

Exploring the back country is often the best time when researching a community for our websites. It often provides sights and sounds we did not plan on researching as we were not aware of its existence.

This was such a day. During our trip while researching some of the other parks and trails in the  Dawson City region we could see high up on the mountain a fire lookout tower.  Hmmm… it caught our attention and stimulated our explorer within – so using our navigation system we located the road that would lead us to the top and some fantastic views of Dawson City.

At the top of the mountain  was a wooden platform viewing deck and a massive fire lookout tower.  Here is a picture of  Bro climbing the massive tower..  only partially to capture a picture  because I do not believe we were permitted to climb to the top… plus it was real high.
