In a country famous for four seasons of adventures, it sort of scares me what I am seeing across the country today. Winnipeg, Manitoba is a tropical paradise in March. Who would of thought? Usually at this time of year there are minus temperatures, permafrost on the ground and lakes and rivers are frozen over. People are usually bundled up outside enjoying snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, dog sledding and snowboarding. Now they are in shorts and a t-shirts hiking, biking, cycling, canoeing and kayaking.
