Mill Lake is one of the more popular urban parks in the community of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. The park is well maintained, easily accessible and filled with various amenities.

The main feature in the Abbotsford park is the lake in the centre of the park. For birdwatchers the lake attracts waterfowl to the area like ducks and geese... and the forest attracts songbirds to the area.

Circling the lake is a paved 2 kilometre (1.2 mile) interpretive recreation path with views of Mount Baker. The pathway is paved and a section of the loop pathway is a floating boardwalk. The path is level , easy going and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The Mill Lake Park pathway connects to many features including a day use picnic area, shelter, playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, baseball fields, fitness track, an outdoor pool and spray park for children. Decorating the pathway are some information signs and sightseeing benches.

Some of the activities enjoyed in the park include walking, jogging, birdwatching, fishing, picnicking and canoeing.

Fishing in the lake is for trout and largemouth bass. There are no boat rentals in the park so one must bring their own non motorized watercraft like a canoe or row boat.

Mill Lake Park is a busy park because of its close proximity to a shopping centre, the 1920s Trethewey House Heritage Site , Kariton Gallery and the MSA Museum. The park is also the site for events and festivals.
