Kenna Cartwright Park is a recreation municipal park located in the heart of the community of Kamloops, BC of the Thompson - Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. The park protects sensitive grasslands and desert species like sagebrush, prickly pear cactus and bluebunch wheat grass.

The park encompasses over 800 hectares of slope on Mount Dufferin. The highlights include a wide assortment of recreation trails (40 kilometres) and some fantastic views overlooking Kamloops and the Thompson Rivers.

Kenna Cartwright Park is one of the more popular parks in the community for activity. Many come to explore the trails hiking, jogging and biking during the summer. In the winter some snowshoe and xc ski the area.

The activity trails in the Kenna Cartwright Park are based on elevation gain. Some are easy going to extremely difficult. A highlight trail for sightseeing views is the trail leading to the tower. Located along the trails are some viewing platforms, sightseeing benches, picnic tables, picnic shelters and washrooms.

There are trail maps, bike repair stations and/or washrooms located in the parking lots and near the trailheads.
