Hiking to Rainbow Falls Alberta

This is a fantastic family friendly hike. Recommended for all skill levels in optimum weather. It's considered easy with a relatively flat trail all the way. Definitely some rocks and roots to look out for. Not wheelchair accessible though. Partway, you will come across a gate. Go through the gate, but don't forget to close it behind you. It's an enjoyable 1km walk along the creel before you arrive at a small viewing platform at the base of the falls.

4 Season Trails in Crowsnest Pass

It's an easy hike on the summer months, so would make a great winter snowshoeing trail. Although the falls may not be overly spectacular at that time of year, the trail itself is beautiful. This is also a phenomenal trail to escape the southern Alberta wind that is known to kick up in this area. Sheltered by the trees and small valley along the way, also great to avoid the full sun of summer.
