The Sproule Creek Trail system includes three recreation trails - the Millsite, Westside Loop and East Fork Trails. The trails are enjoyed by hikers, horseback riders and mountain bikers in the summer.
When outdoors there is a pool, playground, picnic tables, sitting benches, baseball diamonds, soccer field, horseshoe pits, skateboard park, and basketball hoops.

The Blanket Creek Park is planted in a forest of white pine, western cedar and second growth western hemlock trees. The park on Upper Arrow Lake includes a day use area, car top boat launch, campground and hiking trails. The boat launch is not directly on the lake and requires a short portage.
