Vernon BC is becoming a Christmas wonderland....in August!
You can head downtown and watch the filming take place and even better you can be in the Movie! Filming with extras will take place in front of the Vernon Towne Cinema, 2900 block plaza. To be an extra all you need to do is show up in your winter gear, food and beverages will be provided through the filming time. There will also be prizes and draws to make it fun!
Below are the filming times and dates when extras are needed.
Aug. 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or as long as you can stay)
Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (or as long as you can stay)
Aug. 19 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. (overnight or as long as you can stay)

Hallmark and Lifetime TV are turning downtown Vernon into Christmas....in August! And they are asking people to be extras!!
All You need to do is show up by Vernon Towne Cinema (the downtown 1900 block Plaza) in your winter gear and you can be an extra in the movie(s).
