A small recreational site tucked away along some logging roads west of Queen Charlotte City on Graham Island. The park area opens up to a large bay with pebbled, sandy beaches looking out onto the large, Lina and smaller, Meyer Island.
The recreation park doubles as a wilderness campground with 6 camping sites. First come , first serve. Each wilderness camp site includes a picnic table and fire ring. Kagan Bay attracts visitors interested in enjoying a day of picnicking, swimming, off-roading, camping and kayaking.
There is a small trail that follows the shoreline. It is a rough trail which is not maintained and acts mostly as a connector trail for the campsites. The picnic tables are accessed by vehicle as you can drive right up to the table and start unpacking the goodies.
