Totem Park (Grand Chief Bernard Memorial Plaza) is an oceanfront cultural destination dedicated to the Semiahmoo First Nation people in the community of White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.

The park is located on the waterfront in the community of White Rock, BC on the east end of the promenade pathway looking out over East Beach. The park rests on the traditional lands of the Semiahmoo First Nation.

The two striking features of the Lions Lookout Park are the totem poles. Each hand crafted and carved by a Haida and Coast Salish First Nation artist.

The Haida Gya Ana pole represents family status and heritage. The Coast Salish Ka'Kan pole represents protection from the Creator and shows love towards the Creator.

There are sightseeing benches, floral displays and information signs in the Lions Lookout Park. Connected to the waterfront park is the Grand Chief Bernard Memorial Plaza.
