My name is Anja, I'm the owner of Glamping Essentials. As a nurse, wife, and mother during the pandemic, I embraced time in the outdoors and, in particular, camping, to help cope with the stress of working in health care while having three kids learning from home. I have been a life-long camper, and while preparing for another season of trailer camping, I decided I wanted to subscribe to a box of fancy camping ("glamping") goodies as a treat to myself (#selfcare). When I found that there were no glamping boxes being curated from Canadian suppliers, I took it upon myself to start a subscription box that supported small and independent Canadian businesses in hopes of bringing a smile to other Canadian Glampers across the country. Check me out at www.GlampingEssentials.ca" #canadaadventureseekerMoreComments (3)

Throughout my life, I have been passionate about hiking and the outdoors, and my lifelong goal is to share as many hiking trail locations as possible with you across Ontario. I have explored a significant portion of the Bruce Trail and nearly the entire Ganaraska Hiking Trail. Additionally, the Trans Canada Trail literally runs right through my backyard.” #canadaadventureseekerMoreComments (2)

This Canadian company stole our content, posted on social and did not give credits. It is using our Newfoundland map, getting great traction, but never asked us to use it. It is not very Canadian. We have posted comments and emailed them to remove and nothing has been done. Time to let them know this is not very Canadian. https://adventuresunknown.ca/MoreComments (2)

Anja Cahill Good question. We boondock a lot with our motorhome. In many cases we do not book ahead and play it by ear. Yup. we are one of those people.
