Event Description:	Come out and enjoy the Cariwest Festival as Caribbean immigrants celebrate and share their culture with Edmonton and visitors. On Friday Night there is a colorful Costume Extravaganza, Saturday is the upbeat Carnival Parade. Check out the Caribbean Village, which includes fabulous live entertainment, a taste of the Caribbean, and the Caribbean Village Marketplace. The Cariwest Festival Parade will be on August 6th at noon. The parade starts on 108 Street and 99 Avenue and travels east down Jasper Ave to Churchill Square. Grab a spot along the parade route and enjoy this wonderful cultural event!
