2023 Vernon Winter Carnival Polar Bear Plunge
During the final week of Vernon Winter Carnival was the annual Polar Bear plunge and market! The market consisted of local artisans, while the polar bear plunge and hotdog lunch were all for charity, with finds going to the Zambiwa Project!
