What happens when it is -43 with the windchill in Northern BC and you throw boiling water into the air
Have you ever lived where it is so cold your face hurts when you go outside? Fort St. John in Northern BC Canada can reach temperatures of -45 with the windchill over the winter months. So, what happens when you throw boiling water into the air when it is -43 out? It will freeze instantly before hitting the ground and creating a cloud!
