All children from Vernon and area schools in grades Kindergarten thru Grade 7 and eligible to create a poster based on this year's theme (Carnival TV) and enter it in the contest!
Prizes and ribbons are presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each grade. Plus, there will be a participation prize for all children who participate from Vernon Teach and Learn! Sign up on Vernon Winter Carnival website to confirm participation and book judging! |
