Have you ever wanted to make your own Gelato and Sorbetto? If so, Gelato 101 is the class for you! Uno Gelato - located in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver BC is offering weekly classes on Wednesday and Thursdays evenings. This is an opportunity for "cone-noisseurs" to learn the art and have a behind the scenes peak at how gelato is made!
The classes start at 6:00 PM and end at 7:30 PM (1.5 hours) and are held at Uno Gelato's Kitsilano location (see map below). These tasty classes are seasonally themed and designed for "cone-noisseurs" and beginners alike, no prior experience is needed! The course includes 10 gelato/sorbetto samples, a cup or cone of your choice to enjoy at the class, and a take home pint of each of the gelato and sorbetto that you make that night. The seminar is limited to 6 people to ensure social distancing. Themes: February: no sugar added Hazelnut gelato/ Blood Orange sorbetto. March: Mango Chocolate Chili gelato / Mango & Pineapple sorbetto. Admission: $79.99 (plus taxes), registration for the class is from Uno Gelato's website, but you will need to act fast as the classes are very popular and selling out quickly! |
