The Mountain Brow Trail in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada is a great spot for rollerblading because of the gentle hills and pathways. The multi-use Mountain Brow Trail is off-road and wide enough for both pedestrians and cyclists. It is a fantastic path for walking, running, cycling, and rollerblading. This recreational trail closely follows the escarpment edge and provides panoramic views of Hamilton's cityscape below. Dogs are welcome along the Mountain Brow Trail as long as they are leashed. There is parking along the street or in a small lot at the start of the trail near Armes Lookout Park. Whether you are looking for a gentle walk or a fast-paced workout, the Mountain Brow Trail, and the scenic views are not to be missed.

There are a few stairways along the Mountain Brow Trail linking the lower city to the top of the escarpment. The stairs are often used as a means of fitness training for groups and individuals.

This hydration station can be found in the middle of the Mountain Brow Trail in Hamilton, Ontario. It is not only good for the the trail users, but also for people running the stairs. I like the added touch of the lower pet fountain.
