Winter storm watching and wave watching are just some of the things I LOVE about winter in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada! Newfoundland , aka "The Rock" is famous for it's rugged island coastline and it's isolated location in the middle of the icy North Atlantic Ocean. Northern Bay Sands beach and campground, shown in the reel, is a popular summer destination. The Northern Bay Beach House vacation rental offers unobstructed ocean views and is located within walking distance to the sandy beach.
