    Located between Almonte and Pakenham, just 1 hour from Ottawa, Ontario, Fulton’s is one of Lanark County’s best-loved and well-known Sugar Bushes.
    Enjoy the beauty of this 400-acre Sugar Bush filled with young and decades-old maple, pine, spruce, cedar, and white birch trees.
    Ski or Snowshoe the 8km of widened and lengthened trails, take in the sights and sounds of the birds, and watch for animals and their tracks.
    Take a Horse-drawn sleigh ride and let the kids play on the playground.

    The 2025 Maple Syrup season has finally arrived at Stanley’s Olde Maple Lane Farm!

    Bring the family to visit the Sugar Shack, and watch the sap to syrup process unfold while enjoying taffy on the snow.
    Take a walk, or snowshoe through over 2km worth of trails.
    The Sugar Shack is an age-old log cabin, with a wood-burning evaporator, go inside and learn how maple sap becomes syrup.
    The Sugar Shack has been used to make maple syrup for over 200 years.
    Swing by the Heritage Barn, built in 1867, to visit all the animals. They love making new friends!
    Hop on a tractor-drawn ride and be taken through an area of the farm and Sugarbush that is inaccessible on foot!
    Of course, there will be taffy on the snow. The Taffy Shack will be making and serving Maple Taffies all day long!

    Playground - There is a small playground for kids of all ages to enjoy.
    The self-guided tour explains how the process of maple syrup production has evolved over the years. The end of the trail will lead you to the red buildings where their maple syrup is made.
    All production is done on the farm by the McLachlan family.
    This is done at your own pace and no set times.

    Walk through the trails of the sugar maples and taste some sweet taffy on the snow.
    At the log farm, they only use pails on the trees, all the sap is collected by hand.
    This is a special hands-on experience for Log Farm guests.
    You and your family can help gather the sap around the sugarbush.
    The kids love running from tree to tree looking for a pail with some sap in it!!!
    Please remember that the sap flow is completely weather-dependent
    When you visit during the sugarbush season you will also have access to the main farmyard, where you can visit with all the farm animals.
    There are lots of friendly animals to see, feed, and touch around the farm.
    There are play areas for the kids.
    The pioneer farmhouse will be open for guided tours, where you will step back in time and see what family life would have been like in the 1860s.

Liz Lott’s breathtaking images highlight the innovative installations and performances that have transformed Lake Nipissing into a vibrant canvas of creativity.

The show will run every 15 minutes and is presented in English, French, Cree, and Ojibway.     Winterloo is an annual, free-for-all-ages festival that is open to the public and run by the City of Waterloo’s Arts and Creative Industries team, Create Waterloo.
    Head uptown from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. to watch award-winning ice carvers, participate in winter-themed activities, and explore all that uptown Waterloo's winter culture has to offer.
    *Bring your skates for outdoor ice skating
    *Enjoy music by our on-site DJ
    *Play the giant games with friends and family
    Warm up with hot drinks and treats from local food trucks
