Northern Pike have quite large teeth and can definitely attempt to bite you at times. Stay away from their mouths. Their gills are extremely sharp as well so keep you hands out of there too. There's a sweet spot under their jaw that is safe, for both of you, to get ahold of it properly. Be gentle and release with care when catch and release fishing.
