Supporting Local Tourism Episode 20, Marshall fields trail
On this week's episode of Supporting Local Tourism, we are in my hometown of Vernon, British Columbia, on the Marshall fields trail to Okanagan Lake (Kin Beach). You can enjoy a peaceful scenic walk along a creak on this unique trail that leads to Okanagan Lake. Along the way, side pathways lead to different areas you can stop and sit along the creek.
Once you get to the end of the path, you can choose to walk to the dog beach or to the family beach (as seen in the video). Kin Beach is a family fun location with a large park, playground, sandy beach, and free public swimming area off Okanagan Lake (where the OGOPOGO lives)! Swimming here is at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty.
