I love the mineral pool inside the Temple Gardens hotel. And I very much appreciate that they allow public access for those quick visits when I don't have time to stay. On our recent visit to Moose Jaw on our Canada Adventure Seeker Retreat, we managed to sneak in 2 visits for a nice relaxing swim in this hot pool.
The mineral pool is a large indoor and outdoor hot pool that is absolutely fantastic for your skin. The temperature inside is slightly cooler than the temperature outside. There is a small passage under a bridge to swim from the inside section to the outdoor area. There are lounge chairs on the rooftop surrounding the pool. It's a nice vibe.

You can swim or walk through the little passage way to the outside section of this large pool. Alternatively you can exit the pool and walk around through a door to the patio area outside.

Located on the rooftop of Temple Gardens Hotel, overlooking Cresent Park. This section of the pool is a bit hotter than inside. Don't forget your sunglasses if you plan on hanging out outside

There used to be flags hanging above the pool, but now there is just this cool sign with some of the different countries that visitors have come from.

My daughter had a collarbone injury going on week 4. She was not using her arm yet, and coddling it still. After our 1st visit to the pool, she started using it again. Fluke, maybe, maybe not. But we went back for a second round the following day regardless. It's like it never happened now with her mobility again.

The tunnel to go outside is small and narrow in the mineral pool. There is a cute little bridge overhead

A great place to spend some time in Moose Jaw. Because it's a hot pool, you really don't need to be in there long. In fact it is not recommended. At most we spend 30-45 minutes there, with breaks in between.

It's a must do for us when we visit Moose Jaw. We were lucky and managed 2 visits this trip. There is no "deep" section in this pool. And there is a relaxed vibe, so no running, yelling, or horse play is allowed. It's fantastic.
