Located in the Confederation Golf Course, on the corner of 14 St NW and 24 Ave NW. You can find the lights on from 5:30 p.m. to midnight each day from November 23 to January 8.
If you know some anyone who likes tobogganing, bring a sled or crazy carpet to enjoy the hill here!

We have come for a stroll through the Lions' Festival of Lights every year with the littlest adventure seeker. It's one I have visited for the last 9 years I have lived in Alberta as well. Always a great time.

If you aren't able to walk the area for whatever reason, you can visibly see these lights as you drive along 14 St NW at the corner of 24 Avw NW. Be sure to stay safe as there is no stopping or parking along 14th St on that side. Do a few passes...

There are a few different Xmas light displays throughout the city around the holidays in December into January. The Lions Festival of Lights runs until January 8th 2025 this year.

The hill at the Confederation Golf Course, where you find the Festival of Lights, is fantastic for tobogganing. Especially during the Christmas light event when you are sledding under a giant polar bear!
