As if the selection of fine pastries, desserts and cookies wasn't enough to choose from, Cedar Sweets also makes divine looking ice cream. I never tried the Lebanese ice cream called Ashta, so I would probably try a scoop of that one along with a scoop of pistachio or maybe the lemon or the chocolate.... how does one decide?

Oh my goodness, I have never tried Ashta either, so interesting! I would go for the pistachio.
