Ale Architect is Edmonton's newest craft brewery. In fact, it is only 9 months old having opened its doors in April 2023. It has already established itself for serving excellent pizza and quality craft beers. Being immensely popular we couldn't get in at first because it was full. Fortunately, when we were able to find a few tables when we came back later in the evening after the dinner pizza crowd was leaving.
