Bullocks Bistro is undoubtedly Yellowknife's most famous and iconic restaurants. Bullocks serves wild caught fish fresh from Great Slave Lake. It is a historically significant building too as it is one of the oldest buildings in the city. Bullocks was the original home of the Weaver and Devore Trading Company, the first commercial business in town. It is said that the restaurant's floors were made from their dismantled barge.
