If you aren't able to walk the area for whatever reason, you can visibly see these lights as you drive along 14 St NW at the corner of 24 Avw NW. Be sure to stay safe as there is no stopping or parking along 14th St on that side. Do a few passes maybe! Easy to turn around in this area.
