It is an experience Canadians share across the country, and one I share as well. It really struck us that almost every small community has a plaque or war memorial at its center honouring those who served, and they are always immaculately cared for, year around. I'm glad there is a day dedicated to the memory of those who served and sacrificed and their families. More ...
