This is a busy area, however Spolumbo's has its own parking. This is their only location, so it is home to their restaurant, deli, and it is where they make their famous sausages.

We didn't give this a try; however, I have seen beer wall like this before. If it operates the same way, then staff would give you a wine bar card. The card measures how much win is poured and charges accordingly. The system also limits the amount per pour.

Spolumbo's makes all natural sausages. There are no fillers, no binders, and no preservatives. The sausages are also gluten free. It looks like you need to get here early. We arrived in the early afternoon and most of the display cabinet had already been sold.
