Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver British Columbia Canada
Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver is one of the most popular places to scuba dive around Vancouver. There is beach access for swimming. There are grassy areas and picnic sites. The park has a playground, tennis courts, public washrooms, and a cafe if you'd like lunch in the park or just an ice cream.
For those enjoying walking or hiking, the trail takes you to the edge of a rocky cliff with views out over Howe Sound and Bowen Island.
Just offshore from the beach is Whyte Islet. During low tide you can walk across a narrow ridge of rocks to get to the islet. Check your tide times to make sure you can get back to shore without getting your feet wet.
