A delicious little stop in southern Alberta's small town of Bow Island. With an adorable name like the Rolling Pin Bakery, I had to make a stop and check it out. I was surprised to find a whole menu available as well as a large seating area and patio. Serving fresh bread and baked goods, amazing lunch options as well as excellent coffee, I highly recommend a pop into downtown Bow Island to visit this great bakery.
Although there is a Tim Hortons conveniently along the Crowsnest Hwy in Bow Island. It is absolutely worth popping off the main road for a 4 minute detour into town and visiting this fantastic local shop.
The size of the donuts at Rolling Pin Bakery and Cafe were an impressive site to see. Worth the bit more than the other donuts available in town at the mega chain.
You can grab some wrapped weiner dogs to bring to the campground with you from Rolling Pin Bakery. There are many campgrounds in the area, and this Bakery is a very short stop off of the Crowsnest Hwy.
